Mission Statement for Federated Church
Federated Church welcomes all who enter, invites each to find sanctuary, connect to God, one another, and the needs around us.
Vision and Purpose
The church is an ecumenical fellowship dedicated to the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the Greater Lafayette community and the world. Historically, its vision has been described as being "United in Christ, Blessed with diversity, and Committed to Love".
Core Values
The church's operations and identity are driven by five core values:
- Welcoming All People: Passionately embracing Christ's command to love one another, celebrating diversity across cultural, theological, and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Serving Others: Sharing time, hearts, and resources generously to make a difference beyond the church walls.
- Christ-Centered: Providing a safe space to explore spiritual ideas and connect to God through Jesus Christ, while listening and learning from one another.
