Building Usage Policies, Event Scheduling, Reservations and Fees


Federated Church makes its facilities available to the community for special public and private events.  In keeping with our long ecumenical and equal-access tradition, we consider requests without regard to program content or to the orientation, race, ethnic origin or creed of the function organizers or participants.

Policy, Usage Agreement and Reservation Procedure

Before requesting and arranging for the use of Federated Church's physical resources, please review the three forms below and then contact the church office at (765)-463-5564 with any questions and to inquire about the availability of needed space and services at the date and time of your event.  If no conflict is evident, you may print, complete and bring the requisite forms and your deposit to the church for formal consideration, or we will provide the forms for your completion when you visit.  Please note that we do require proof of insurance.
